This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through tryreclaim.store.
For purposes of this Policy, “Reclaim,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], doing business as Reclaim.

Business mailing address: [BUSINESS MAILING ADDRESS]
Customer-service telephone: [CUSTOMER-SERVICE PHONE NUMBER]
Please review this Shipping Policy before placing an order.
1. Shipping Area
Reclaim currently ships only to eligible addresses within the United States.
We do not currently ship internationally.
Some carriers may be unable to deliver to certain:
-
P.O. boxes;
-
APO, FPO, or DPO addresses;
-
U.S. territories;
-
Freight-forwarding facilities;
-
Hotels or temporary accommodations;
-
Commercial mail-receiving agencies;
-
Remote locations; or
-
Addresses restricted by the selected carrier.
Available shipping options will be displayed at checkout.
If we cannot ship to the address provided, we may contact you for an alternative address or cancel and refund the affected order.
2. Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 24 hours after order acceptance.
Processing includes:
-
Payment authorization;
-
Fraud screening;
-
Address review;
-
Inventory allocation;
-
Order preparation; and
-
Transfer to the shipping carrier.
The 24-hour processing period is an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery promise.
Processing may take longer because of:
-
Weekends or federal holidays;
-
High order volume;
-
Payment-review requirements;
-
Incomplete or inaccurate information;
-
Address-verification issues;
-
Suspected fraud;
-
Inventory discrepancies;
-
Product-safety reviews;
-
Severe weather;
-
Carrier interruptions; or
-
Events outside our reasonable control.
Orders containing a preorder, backordered item, or item with a separately disclosed processing period will follow the timeframe shown on the applicable product page or at checkout.
3. Estimated Shipping Time
After processing, standard delivery within the United States is generally estimated to take:
5–8 business days
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
The estimated delivery period begins after the order has been processed and transferred to the carrier.
Processing time and shipping time are separate.
For example, an order may require up to 24 hours for processing before the estimated 5–8-business-day shipping period begins.
Shipping estimates are not guarantees unless Reclaim expressly identifies a delivery date as guaranteed in writing.
4. Shipping Charges
Available shipping methods and any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you submit your order.
Shipping charges may depend on:
-
Order value;
-
Product quantity;
-
Package weight;
-
Delivery address;
-
Carrier availability;
-
Promotional offers; and
-
The shipping method selected.
Any free-shipping offer is subject to the terms displayed with that promotion.
Shipping charges are generally nonrefundable after an order has shipped, except where:
-
Reclaim shipped the wrong item;
-
The item arrived damaged or defective;
-
Reclaim could not fulfill the order;
-
Reclaim expressly agrees otherwise; or
-
Applicable law requires a refund.
5. Order Confirmation
After you place an order, you should receive an order-confirmation email at the address provided during checkout.
An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. It does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted or shipped.
Please review the confirmation carefully.
Contact support@tryreclaim.store promptly if you notice an error in the:
-
Product;
-
Quantity;
-
Shipping address;
-
Billing information;
-
Email address; or
-
Telephone number.
6. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
When the order ships, we generally send a shipping-confirmation email containing available tracking information.
Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to display movement after a shipping label is created.
Creation of a shipping label does not necessarily mean that the carrier has physically received or scanned the package.
Carrier tracking systems are operated by third parties. Reclaim does not control the timing or accuracy of every tracking update.
7. Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Before submitting an order, verify:
-
Recipient name;
-
Street address;
-
Apartment, suite, unit, or building number;
-
City;
-
State;
-
ZIP Code;
-
Email address; and
-
Telephone number.
Reclaim is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, loss, or additional fees caused by an incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or undeliverable address supplied by the customer, except to the extent required by law.
8. Address Changes
Contact support@tryreclaim.store immediately if you need to change a shipping address.
We cannot guarantee an address change after an order has entered processing, fulfillment, or shipment.
An address is not considered changed unless Reclaim confirms the change in writing.
Once a package has been transferred to a carrier, Reclaim may be unable to redirect it.
Any carrier redirection, address-correction, interception, or reshipping charge may be the customer’s responsibility when the original information was inaccurate.
9. Order Changes and Cancellations
Orders begin processing quickly.
To request a cancellation or modification, email support@tryreclaim.store as soon as possible.
We cannot guarantee that an order can be canceled or modified after:
-
Payment has been approved;
-
The order has entered fulfillment;
-
A shipping label has been created;
-
The package has been transferred to the carrier; or
-
The order has shipped.
If an order has already shipped, it may be returned after delivery in accordance with our Refund, Returns & One-Year Limited Warranty Policy.
Refusing delivery does not automatically cancel an order or guarantee a full refund.
10. Shipping Delays
Delivery estimates may be affected by circumstances outside Reclaim’s reasonable control, including:
-
Carrier delays;
-
Severe weather;
-
Natural disasters;
-
Wildfires;
-
Floods;
-
Public emergencies;
-
Labor disputes;
-
Transportation interruptions;
-
Port or warehouse congestion;
-
Government action;
-
Security inspections;
-
Holiday volume;
-
Incorrect addresses;
-
Failed delivery attempts;
-
Regional service disruptions; or
-
Other force-majeure events.
We will make reasonable efforts to communicate known material delays.
If Reclaim determines that it cannot ship an order within the timeframe promised when the order was placed, we may:
-
Request your consent to a revised shipping date; or
-
Offer cancellation and a refund for the unshipped item.
If you do not consent to an applicable delay, we will cancel and refund the affected unshipped item as required by law.
11. Delivery Dates
A delivery date shown in tracking, at checkout, or in an email is generally an estimate supplied by the carrier.
Unless Reclaim expressly states otherwise in writing, we do not guarantee delivery by a particular:
-
Date;
-
Holiday;
-
Birthday;
-
School move-in date;
-
Trip;
-
Event;
-
Work shift; or
-
Medical appointment.
Customers ordering for a time-sensitive occasion should allow additional time for processing and possible carrier delays.
12. Delivery Confirmation
A package may be considered delivered when carrier records show delivery to:
-
The shipping address;
-
A household member;
-
An authorized recipient;
-
A front desk;
-
A reception area;
-
A mailroom;
-
A parcel locker;
-
A leasing office;
-
A designated safe location; or
-
Another location normally used for deliveries at the address.
Carrier delivery confirmation is evidence of delivery but does not eliminate any rights or remedies available under applicable law.
13. Packages Marked Delivered but Not Received
If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it:
-
Check the delivery address on your order;
-
Check entrances, porches, side doors, garages, parcel lockers, and other safe locations;
-
Ask household members or neighbors whether they accepted the package;
-
Contact the building manager, front desk, mailroom, or leasing office;
-
Allow up to 48 hours because some carriers scan packages before final placement; and
-
Contact the carrier using the tracking number.
If the package is still missing, contact support@tryreclaim.store promptly.
Include:
-
Your name;
-
Order number;
-
Tracking number;
-
Delivery address;
-
Date marked delivered; and
-
A description of the steps taken to locate the package.
We may ask you to:
-
Confirm the delivery address;
-
Contact the carrier;
-
Submit a carrier claim;
-
Provide a signed declaration of nonreceipt;
-
Provide identification;
-
File a police report in cases of suspected theft; or
-
Cooperate with a fraud investigation.
Submission of a claim does not guarantee replacement or refund.
Claims are evaluated individually based on tracking, carrier information, delivery circumstances, order history, fraud indicators, and applicable law.
14. Lost Packages
A package may be treated as lost when:
-
The carrier confirms the loss;
-
Tracking has stopped updating for an unreasonable period;
-
The package is returned as lost or undeliverable; or
-
Other evidence reasonably supports that the shipment was not delivered.
Contact support@tryreclaim.store if you believe a package has been lost.
Do not initiate multiple claims for the same package with Reclaim, the carrier, a payment provider, or another party without disclosing the related claims.
Reclaim may deny duplicate recovery for the same loss.
For an approved lost-package claim, Reclaim may, as appropriate:
-
Reship the product;
-
Provide a replacement;
-
Issue store credit; or
-
Refund the affected item.
The available remedy may depend on inventory, carrier findings, customer preference, and applicable law.
15. Stolen Packages
Reclaim is not automatically responsible for a package stolen after confirmed delivery to the correct address.
However, contact us promptly so we can review available tracking and delivery information.
We may assist with a carrier inquiry, but we cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for theft occurring after delivery.
Customers should use a secure address or available carrier-delivery options when package theft is a concern.
Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
16. Damaged Packages or Products
Inspect your package promptly after delivery.
If the package or product arrives damaged, contact support@tryreclaim.store as soon as reasonably possible.
Provide:
-
Your order number;
-
Photographs of the outer package;
-
Photographs of the shipping label;
-
Photographs or video of the product;
-
A description of the damage; and
-
Information about any missing components.
Retain the product, packaging, accessories, and shipping materials until the claim is resolved, unless keeping them would create an immediate safety risk.
Stop using or charging a device that appears:
-
Cracked;
-
Punctured;
-
Swollen;
-
Wet;
-
Leaking;
-
Burned;
-
Overheated; or
-
Otherwise unsafe.
Damaged-product claims are governed by our Refund, Returns & One-Year Limited Warranty Policy.
17. Incorrect or Incomplete Orders
Contact support@tryreclaim.store promptly if:
-
You received the wrong product;
-
The quantity is incorrect;
-
A component is missing; or
-
The package contains another customer’s order.
Do not use an incorrect product if its identity, condition, or safety is uncertain.
We may request photographs of:
-
The product;
-
Packaging;
-
Packing slip;
-
Shipping label; and
-
Contents received.
For an approved claim, we may provide a replacement, missing component, return label, or refund as appropriate.
18. Split Shipments
An order containing multiple items may be shipped in more than one package.
Separate packages may:
-
Use different carriers;
-
Have different tracking numbers;
-
Arrive on different days; and
-
Be shipped from different fulfillment locations.
You will not be charged additional shipping solely because Reclaim divides an order into multiple shipments, unless a separate charge was clearly disclosed and accepted before purchase.
19. Returned-to-Sender Packages
A carrier may return a package because of:
-
An incorrect or incomplete address;
-
Refusal of delivery;
-
Failure to collect the package;
-
Multiple failed delivery attempts;
-
An inaccessible delivery location;
-
A forwarding restriction; or
-
Another carrier-determined reason.
If a package is returned to us, we will attempt to contact you.
At our discretion, we may:
-
Reship the order after address confirmation;
-
Request payment of reasonable reshipping costs;
-
Cancel and refund the product price, less nonrefundable shipping or carrier-return charges where permitted by law; or
-
Take another reasonable action.
Personalized, final-sale, or otherwise nonreturnable items may be treated according to the terms disclosed at purchase.
20. Refused Deliveries
Refusing a delivery does not automatically qualify an order for a refund.
A refused package may incur:
-
Return-shipping fees;
-
Carrier handling fees;
-
Address-correction fees; or
-
Other charges.
Where permitted by law, reasonable carrier charges caused by an unauthorized refusal may be deducted from an otherwise approved refund.
Contact support@tryreclaim.store before refusing a shipment.
21. Freight Forwarders and Package-Forwarding Services
If we permit delivery to a freight forwarder, reshipper, hotel, temporary address, or package-forwarding service, Reclaim’s delivery responsibility may end when the package is delivered to that address, to the extent permitted by law.
Reclaim is not responsible for:
-
Loss after delivery to the forwarding service;
-
Damage caused during repackaging or forwarding;
-
Additional forwarding fees;
-
Customs or international charges;
-
Export restrictions;
-
Delivery outside the United States; or
-
Actions of an independent forwarding company.
Use of a forwarding service is at the customer’s risk.
22. Gifts
The purchaser is responsible for providing the correct gift recipient’s name and delivery address.
Order, tracking, and delivery communications may be sent to the purchaser using the contact information provided at checkout.
Refunds for gifts are generally issued to the original payment method unless our Refund, Returns & One-Year Limited Warranty Policy provides another option.
23. Preorders and Backorders
Products identified as preorders or backorders will have an estimated shipping period displayed on the product page, cart, checkout page, or order confirmation.
Estimated preorder and backorder dates may change.
If a material delay occurs, we may request your consent to the revised shipping date or offer cancellation and a refund for the affected unshipped product.
In-stock products ordered with a preorder or backordered product may be held and shipped together unless we elect to split the shipment.
24. Undeliverable Areas
We may cancel an order if:
-
No carrier services the address;
-
The location is subject to restrictions;
-
The carrier identifies the address as unsafe or inaccessible;
-
Delivery would violate law;
-
Fraud risk cannot reasonably be resolved; or
-
The shipping information cannot be verified.
If we cancel an unshipped order, we will refund the affected charge to the original payment method.
25. Risk of Loss
Risk of loss and title transfer according to applicable law.
Nothing in this Policy limits any consumer right relating to damaged, lost, misdelivered, or undelivered goods that cannot legally be waived.
26. Chargebacks and Shipping Claims
Please contact support@tryreclaim.store before initiating a payment dispute so we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.
Initiating a chargeback does not eliminate the obligation to:
-
Provide truthful information;
-
Return merchandise when required;
-
Avoid duplicate recovery; or
-
Cooperate with a legitimate shipping investigation.
We may provide order, tracking, delivery, communication, and claim records to payment processors, banks, carriers, insurers, or law-enforcement authorities when reasonably necessary to respond to a dispute or suspected fraud.
27. Policy Abuse and Fraud
We may deny a shipping claim or restrict future purchases when we reasonably identify:
-
False nonreceipt claims;
-
Duplicate claims;
-
Address manipulation;
-
Reshipping fraud;
-
Chargeback abuse;
-
Use of stolen payment information;
-
Submission of altered documents;
-
Repeated claims inconsistent with carrier records; or
-
Other fraudulent conduct.
Nothing in this section permits us to deny a valid claim or a right protected by law.
28. Relationship to Other Policies
This Shipping Policy should be read together with our:
-
Terms of Service;
-
Refund, Returns & One-Year Limited Warranty Policy;
-
Privacy Policy;
-
Legal Notice; and
-
Product-specific terms.
If a product page or promotion provides a more specific written shipping term, that term controls for the applicable order to the extent it does not conflict with law.
29. Changes to This Shipping Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect changes in:
-
Shipping carriers;
-
Fulfillment providers;
-
Delivery regions;
-
Processing practices;
-
Shipping rates;
-
Applicable law; or
-
Business operations.
Changes apply prospectively.
The version in effect when an order was submitted will generally govern that order.
